Conferences FAQ

We do provide parking in many of our on campus lots for larger events. Make sure you let us know your parking needs and we will work with our Department of Public Safety to set up parking for you

Yes! WiFI is available for $5 per person per day. For multi-day conferences, each person will pay a $5 flat fee for the entirety of the event.

We have many different options available for your technology needs. All of our indoor venues have A/V and projection capabilities. We also provide lighting packages, microphones, and laptops for rent. Contact us with any questions about your specific technology needs!

As soon as possible! The earlier you book your space the better, but it is ideal to start planning your event a few months in advance, longer if it’s a large scale event.

All food for events must go through Sodexo, our food service provider on campus. There are many different options to fit all of your food or beverage needs. They can make customizable options for you or you can get an idea here

We are a dry campus so there is no alcohol permitted during active class term. Special exceptions can be made. Staff will request this through the president’s office.

In addition to the room rental fees, a staffing fee (if applicable) and administration fee will be assessed in the pricing estimate. The staffing covers the cost of an event manager being present at you event and an administration fee is required at all events. You will see these charges in your pricing estimate!
